Common questions
What counts as an office user?
Anyone with the office or admin role — the people who accept, file, and manage packets. Field accounts (submit and track their own work) are unlimited and free on every plan, so every crew member gets their own login and the audit trail stays accurate.
What counts as storage?
The size of every file on every packet, counted once. The automatic write-once archive copy is included — it never counts twice.
What happens past the included storage?
Nothing stops. Storage beyond the included amount bills at $49 per TB per month, pro-rated by the gigabyte. Your administrator sees usage and the overage estimate in Settings at any time.
Are downloads or uploads metered?
No. Unlimited uploads, downloads, packets, and jobs on every plan. Storage and office seats are the only things the tiers gate.
Is there a file size limit?
50 GB per file, up to 500 files per packet. Uploads resume automatically after a dropped connection.
Can we delete data to reduce usage?
Filed packets age out of working storage automatically (your firm controls the schedule), but archive copies are write-once and kept — that permanence is the point of the product. If your firm truly needs archive data destroyed, contact support.
